Dermal Filler
Dermal fillers are facial injection treatments used to help diminish wrinkles while restoring volume and fullness in the face. Dermal Fillers enhance lips, give volume, fill in fine lines, moderate to severe wrinkles, and provide subtle lift in your mid face and cheeks.
Dermal fillers we use include Restylane, Juvederm, Belotero, Versa, and Radiesse.
FDA Approved Dermal Fillers & Other
There are several types of dermal fillers, one being hyaluronic acid. All Restylane, Juvederm, and Belotero products are hyaluronic acids (HA). Hyaluronic acid is a key molecule involved in skin moisture. HA is a natural substance in the skin that attracts and holds moisture to assist with smoother skin, fine lines, and wrinkles. The recommended product use highly depends on the project area.
Radiesse is an FDA approved dermal filler that is used for both the mid and lower face and FDA approved for the hands. Radiesse is a synthetic calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHa) that works by adding volume under the skin with smooth results and, over time, stimulates your body’s own natural collagen. As your body absorbs the product, it is metabolized and leaves behind your own natural collagen. Results last up to 18 months.
